Events Operations – Mumbai (2 positions)

Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events
  • Develop comprehensive event plans, goals, and objectives
  • Conduct research to select suitable event venues and negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers
  • Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective decisions
  • Make strategies with marketing team & PR team
  • Coordinate on-site event operations, overseeing setup, registration, and troubleshooting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and attendees, maintaining clear and effective communication
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, analyze feedback, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

ROLE REQUIREMENTS & DELIVERABLES FOR EVENT MANAGEMENT INTERN

  • Must be team player
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good with MS Office
  • Self-motivated, confident with a pleasant personality
